So Victoria posts her ideas on what makes a good blogger. Hmmmmm. So I asks myself, how does E&H.com fare in this blog report card per se? Well, lets see, shall we?
1. The audience can feel the humility, spirit, and love of the writer.
Awwww crap. Why did you have to start with that one? I’ve gone the humility route- very restrictive.
2. Has passion and shows it in their purpose as they share it with the readers.
Purpose…. purpose… now I know I had one earlier. Where the heck did I put that… dangit.
3. Abundant amount of energy shows in their own style of presenting as they share with the readers.
Energy. Check. My ADD is frequently mistaken for energy so that counts.
4. Clarity and vision show clearly through the writing.
Crap. Those were sitting right next to the purpose. I think Heidi threw ‘em all out when we were cleaning. See, I clean.
5. Has the ability to share from the heart appreciation and acknowledgment of other people during the writing with the readers.
Oh for the love of- oh wait, every once and a while I throw those idiots a bone. Gotta do something to keep ‘em occupied or they’d actually leave the house and then I’d have to put up with them on the road.
6. Has the ability to involve the readers in playful, fun games, music, and sharing.
Fun. Games. I guess thats what you could call what we do here. Yeah. If by fun and games you mean 5th grade boy humor and offending people of questionable taste.
7. Has the ability to tell stories from their experiences from the soul.
Had you up till that whole “from the soul” part. Mine come directly from my as- What? Oh come onnnnnn. Dangit. My, um, armpit then.
8. Being in the present moment, sharing this experience with the readers.
Oh, uh… what? Whatever. Where was I?
9. Has the ability to share their spiritual being with the readers.
Look, lady- there’s not a whole lotta that to go round. ‘Sides, I don’t know you. What makes you think I want you takin’ a peice of my spirit home to your place? I mean, I don’t know if your place is all that clean, or what kind of food you have- my spirit is really picky. Trust me, lets jut keep our spirits right where they’re comfortable.
10. Has a quirky style that captures the readers.
OOOHHH crap up a wall yeah! I soooo have that one. I OWN quirky. Score ED. Talk about sweep. I’m the picture of blogging. Nuff said.

She said “what I think”, meaning it was her opinion. She didn’t try to press her opinions on anyone, she was merely sharing her ideas. Which is what blogging is all about. Geesh!

Hey hey hey. I knew this would happen some time. E&H.com has brought two different worlds together here- and that’s an amazing thing. We specialize in those.
One side is, shall we say, a tad cynical. The other side sensitive. But aren’t those sides what makes us all special?
My intention is by no means to fault Victoria- she’s got a great blog. On the other hand, I think Sledge has a point too- he’s doing the cynical thing. See it as an older brother who comes in your room and makes fun of your stuff. They love you- but they’re doing their part to prepare you for the other kids in highschool so you can defend yourself.
See guys? It’s all good. Poking fun is good for us all.

He xhose not to show or extend that same courteous consideration or even curiosity that I chose to show him. I found he likes to be called Mr. Sledge if someone might piss him off so in case I do so be it…….Mr. Sledge you do not know me at all and I don’t give a rat’s ass …..but guess what I started by post wit the following and this is why I am called Sweet N Sassy and not Victoria ……and you can take this and stick it all up your ass.
Just thought I would share what I think are traits found in a good writer and especially one found in the blogging world. I know what I need to be working on but some days we have it and then other days we just don’t. Keep in mind these are just some I think are good traits and I welcome your sharing
That was the Sassy…part and now for the Sweet….Sledge that was your opinion and yours only. I value it and appreciate it for we each have one and that is the great thing about being an AMERICIAN and coming from a DJ I jus might pay a little attention to it….and then again like I said before …well I told you were to put it….hehehe. I actually did visit your blog and don’t be surprised if I might be back often…you never know where or how you find your next friend.
